The professional development committee works to enhance the leadership experience of ynpnGO membership. Through community-wide events, specialized workshops, and monthly committee meetings, this team brings the value of quality professional development. On both the organizational and individual level, this committee seeks to equip and train young nonprofit professionals to create connections across differences, and by doing so achieve the overall vision of ynpnGO of a more engaged and collaborative nonprofit sector.
